Schedule Visit
A drone flight is scheduled by Aerosight and critical points of interest are confirmed with the client.
Data Collection
Aerosight's certified drone pilots complete the scheduled drone flight, collecting and preparing the flight data.
Data Processing
The captured data is processed and transformed into a ready to view 3D model of the site.
Deliver Results
We provide you access to your new 3D site model via our web-based platform, ready to be measured and marked up as needed.

Project Time-lapse & Remote Video
We are able to install and setup remotely-accessible PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras on buildings adjacent to your jobsite, allowing project staff to remotely oversee the project via live HD video from internet-connected mobile devices and computers. This implementation will also provide you security insight should there be any intrusions after-hours.
In addition to the remote video capabilities, our cameras can also capture periodic photos of your jobsite which our team can use to produce project timelapse videos for marketing or other purposes absolutely free of charge.

Envelope Inspections
We conduct specialized Envelope Inspections with our drones to uncover issues that are often hard to detect from ground level, delivering results much faster than traditional bosun’s chair operators can.
Our Envelope Inspections identify critical problems like improperly installed windows, damaged or missing seals, structural cracks, insufficient waterproofing material overlap, missing cap flashing, missing caulking, and more to help you prevent costly repairs and ensure the building’s exterior is up to code.
Top-Down Inspections
Top-down aerial inspections spot costly issues such as water ponding, roof deficiencies, and blocked gutters that are often missed from ground level.
The Top-Down approach helps you identify potential problems early, providing a comprehensive and actionable overview of the project’s condition so you can take proactive measures to prevent costly damage and extend the life of your structures.
Thermal Inspections
Identify hidden issues that can impact efficiency and building integrity with our Thermal Inspections. Using advanced thermal imaging, we are able to detect unseen moisture buildup, water ingress, mold, heat leaks, and electrical faults that aren’t visible to the naked eye.
These observations allow you to address thermal problems before they escalate, helping to reduce energy costs, prevent costly structural damage, and maintain a safe environment.
Aerial Surveys
Our Aerial Surveying service provides fast and accurate data collection along with insight from above. Using drones equipped with LiDAR and RTK technology, we are able to obtain detailed terrain data and inspect large areas that would otherwise be time-consuming or difficult to assess from the ground.
The aerial approach not only reduces costs but also increases safety by eliminating the need for personnel to navigate challenging terrain, obstacles, or heights.

Yes! We are happy to arrange scheduled flights and data delivery to keep you updated throughout the project with consistent insights and documentation.
Yes! Service requests made 24 hours in advance will be scheduled as per normal. Requests made on shorter notice than this can be completed, but may be subject to an additional rush-order fee.
We typically request a pause in crane operations for at least 15 minutes during the flight in order to obtain the best results for our clients.
However, we understand that sometimes it is not possible to halt crane operations temporarily. In that circumstance, we are able to fly above the crane to accomodate. While this workaround may cause a slight drop in the quality of the rendering, the result is still very usable.
Heavy precipitation, winds, and storms can impact flight operations. Our approach is to monitor the weather conditions and complete the flight once there is a clearing, or reschedule the flight ASAP.
For occasions where a drone flight cannot be delayed and weather conditions are not improving, we offer a "Fly-All" package which guarantees the flight for an additional fee.
Note: The Fly-All package is not applicable to conditions of heavy wind.
